So how do you get your furry friend’s paw onto a beautifully designed piece of bespoke jewellery? We have created this step-by-step guide to demonstrate how it’s done. Once you’ve completed the impression process, we will lovingly curate your personalised jewellery onto the precious metal of your choice in solid gold or sterling silver. 

Paw Print jewellery in six easy steps 

1. We will send you your Fingerprint impression kit once your order has been placed.
2. The kit contains three pre-rolled balls of impression compound along with detailed instructions with images to help you along.
3. Cut the tracing paper provided into smaller squares to make it easier to hold, and heat up the compound as per the instructions. 
4. Using your own finger, gently squish one of the balls of the compound onto the tracing paper with a piece of stiff card backing it for support. This will simplify balancing the compound when pressing against your pet's paw.
5. With the compound ready and lightly attached to the tracing paper, position it against your pet’s clean paw and press firmly.
6. Hold it in place for a few seconds before carefully peeling it away. Place the compound back in the container and send it to us. That’s it! However, if you make a mistake and want to try again, just reheat the compound, roll it, and start again. From here, we work our magic on carefully creating your bespoke piece from our studio in The Cotswolds. We estimate around 3-4 weeks to finish each piece of jewellery as every piece is made by us personally by hand. We take our time to ensure the end product is as stunning as you imagined.
