What to expect when you’re expecting… fine fingerprint jewellery - your step-by-step guide
We at Noémi Eśka would like to give our customers a step-by-step guide into how we make fine fingerprint jewellery, as we think it’s always good to know where things come from and the how-to story.
As some of you may already know, Noémi Eśka came to be in 2016. I really wanted to explore a new avenue and so looked for a creative outlet. My passion for design and jewellery just became something that I felt compelled toward doing, and so I learned how to craft jewellery entirely on my own with the help of tutorials online and youtube videos. Eventually, I found a style aesthetic that resonated with me, which is romantic, deeply personal and unique.
So without further ado, let’s jump in.
This blog will be about the standard guide for a single fingerprint pendant. Once you’ve visited our site, made your selection and placed your order, we will send you your fingerprint impression kit.
Okay, let’s continue. As mentioned, your kit comes beautifully presented within days of placing your order and is sent directly to the address of your choosing. Inside the kit, you will find 3 pre-rolled balls of compound together with detailed instructions and pictures to guide you along the process.
Next steps to bespoke fingerprint jewellery
- Heat the compound as instructed, and using your finger, press the ball down hard on a flat surface. Your fingerprint should now be transferred onto the ball.
- Don’t worry if you would like to re-do the impression - just reheat the compound and give it another go.
- Carefully lift the compound and replace it back in the container and return it to us (in the prepaid envelope).
- We receive your impression, and the magic begins - we begin the process of casting it onto the precious metal of your choice from our studio in The Cotswolds.

Our pendants are available in classic (18mm - 22mm), small (15mm - 18mm) or mini (10mm - 14mm). The pendant is completely unique and 2-dimensional.
